How much sleep children need.

1.How much sleep teenagers  need to get. Teenagers need to get 8 to 11 hours of sleep through the night to have a nice bright day the next day.

2.What time do you wake up to get to school. At 7:30. What time do you go to sleep average. At 8:30 
Calculate the times,does this give you enough sleep. It will give you an average of 11:30 hours of sleep.

  3.quality of sleep:list four ways you can help your body get a quality nights sleep(most of this happens before bedtime) you could have a nice cold drink of water,read a book for 10 minutes,just relax and lie down.

4.In your own words,why do you think it is important to get a good night sleep each night.how do you think this will help you at school. It will make you think better and focus at school and not yawn and be tired all the time at school so you can listen to the teacher.Study finds sleeping in on weekends may help you live longer ...
